Email support@weeyuga.com with your account email and a non-sensitive description. For payments, include a transaction reference. Never send passwords, full card details, access tokens or unnecessary private source. You can also send feedback with selected screenshots through the signed-in website.
Paddle buyer support handles order-related customer service and returns for purchases through our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, including charges, receipts, refunds and subscription-management links.
