TruthGraph supplies software indexing and retrieval for coding agents and local-model workflows: repository graphs, supported dependency and service relationships, source evidence, context bundles and authenticated MCP/HTTPS access. These terms apply to accounts and software subscriptions. For purchases through Paddle, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and handles order-related customer service inquiries and returns. We provide TruthGraph technical and product support. Order support is available at Paddle.net; its Buyer Terms also apply to those transactions.
2. Accounts and authorized access
You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for your organization. Supply accurate information, protect your password and agent keys, and report suspected compromise to support. You may connect only repositories you own or are authorized to process. You control provider access tokens, selected repositories and branches, push hooks, and revocable agent permissions. You remain responsible for the actions of agents you authorize.
3. Purchased deliverables and limits
The hosted service currently supports GitHub.com and GitLab.com repository connections, branch indexing, push-triggered scans, isolated customer workspaces and authenticated agent retrieval. Each account currently has one user; shared workspace invitations and additional member capacities are planned. Repository and query allowances are described on Pricing. Query allowances reset monthly, including annual plans, and do not roll over. We do not charge automatic overages.
Hosted scans have safety limits: 12,000 source files, 64 MiB of source, 2 MiB per source file, and 192 MiB of checkout material. Supported oversized data/media assets are omitted with coverage disclosed. Symlinks, submodule checkouts, LFS downloads and running customer source are excluded. Results depend on extractor coverage, repository access and indexed revision; inferred relationships are identified as inferences. Review and test your changes.
Enterprise is a software license offered at US$5,000 annually with an on-premises deployment option and unlimited licensed repositories, users, queries, indexing and context bundles. Hardware determines capacity. Deployment scope, support and delivery date require an agreed order. It is sales-assisted and cannot currently be bought through hosted checkout. No service-level guarantee is included unless agreed in writing.
4. Prices, renewal and payment
New hosted customer accounts receive one 14-day free trial with Solo plan allowances, starting when their email is first verified. No card or payment is required, and the trial does not renew or become a paid subscription automatically. We send service reminders with four days remaining and during the final day unless you have subscribed. After 14 elapsed days, indexing and graph/agent requests require an active paid plan. You can still sign in, manage your account and choose a plan. The trial is separate from the refund period, which starts with your first subscription payment.
Solo is US$15 monthly or US$150 annually and includes 10 connected repositories; Team is US$99 monthly or US$990 annually; Scale is US$249 monthly or US$2,490 annually. Annual totals are paid upfront. Applicable taxes, available currencies and the final amount are shown before checkout confirmation. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until canceled. Price changes to an existing subscription apply only after notice and an opportunity to stop renewal.
Paddle handles checkout, payment details, applicable transaction taxes and receipts. We do not store full card details. Live checkout charges real payments. A separately labeled sandbox or local preview uses test or simulated payments only. Any temporary test-access allowance is separate from a paid subscription and does not charge or automatically renew. Sandbox access, subscriptions and repository connections do not automatically become live paid access; sign in to the live service, choose a live plan and reauthorize your repositories.
5. Plan changes, cancellation and refunds
The billing area previews the consequences of a plan change before confirmation. Accepted changes may apply immediately with prorated charges or credits. A credit is not automatically a cash refund. Cancellation normally stops renewal at the end of the paid period, with access continuing until then. Use your account Billing area or the Paddle portal and check the confirmation.
Our Refund policy guarantees a full refund of the first software subscription payment when requested within 14 calendar days, including business customers and customers who have used the app. Mandatory legal rights apply in addition. Cancellation, a refund request and account closure are separate actions.
6. Customer content and permissions
You retain your rights in your code and other content. You give us the limited permission needed to copy, host, extract, index, secure and return it through your workspace and authorized agent access. Connected repositories are copied to our server for scanning. Disconnecting a repository invalidates the current graph and queues a rebuild without that source. We do not use your repository content to train third-party AI models. Your chosen agents and model providers may receive context you retrieve and are governed by your arrangements with them.
7. Acceptable use and suspension
The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. We may restrict access to address abuse, unauthorized access, nonpayment, security threats or legal obligations. Where practical, we explain the reason and allow a remedy. Urgent action may be necessary to protect people, data or systems.
8. Closure and data deletion
Cancel renewal and resolve pending billing operations before closing a customer account. Verified closure ends workspace and agent access immediately, even if paid time remains; it does not automatically request a refund. We delete active workspace content, credentials, indexes and identifiable feedback copies within 30 days after verified closure. Our retention commitment for TruthGraph application backup copies is a further 30 days; verification of infrastructure and off-host copy expiry is still in progress, as described in Privacy. A minimal erasure record prevents backup restoration from reactivating the closed account. See Privacy for exceptions and request rights.
Use Account → Close account or contact support for an authorized closure, export or deletion request. Operator accounts and legal exceptions require a reviewed support process. We do not erase your original GitHub/GitLab repositories or your independently held exports. Revoke provider tokens and remove provider-side hooks if you no longer need them.
9. Availability and responsibility
We maintain the service with reasonable care, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete language coverage or error-free findings. Keep independent backups of your source and review output before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for service claims is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding 12 months, and indirect losses are excluded. These limits do not exclude fraud, deliberate misconduct, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or mandatory consumer remedies. Express commitments in an agreed order remain enforceable.
10. Changes, governing law and disputes
We communicate material changes where required and identify each policy version by date. Serbian law governs our service agreement. Mandatory consumer protections, withdrawal rights and rights to bring proceedings in a competent court in your country remain unaffected. Subject to those rights, disputes fall within the competent courts in Serbia. Contact support first to seek a resolution. Paddle transaction disputes are also subject to its applicable Buyer Terms. Ownership, lawful outstanding payment duties and provisions that reasonably need to survive closure continue after termination.
